Rombongan Perubatan Ke Tanah Suci Bagi Musim Haji 1439H/2018M.
Untuk perhatian kalian, permohonan dibuka kepada semua pegawai
yang bertaraf tetap dan disahkan dalam perkhidmatan awam serta belum
pernah menyertai Rombongan Perubatan Tabung Haji (TH) ke Tanah Suci. Umur bagi pegawai lelaki tidak
melebihi 50 tahun
manakala bagi pegawai wanita
tidak melebihi 45 tahun
(semua jawatan)
pada tarikh tutup permohonan.
Sepertimana pemilihan anggota yang lalu, pegawai wanita yang telah
berkahwin perlu mendapatkan persetujuan secara bertulis (rujuk info dalam
lampiran) daripada suami apabila membuat permohonan.
Keutamaan akan diberikan kepada Penolong Pegawai Farmasi yang sedang bertugas di
penempatan Klinik Kesihatan. Semoga peluang keemasan ini tidak dipersia-siakan. Rebutlah ia
dengan penuh ketaqwaan. “ Jika tidak
dipecahkan ruyung, manakan dapat sagunya…”
